At SPYC Pilates, we work hard to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.

Local Pickup
Local pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the studio.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. SPYC Pilates is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, SPYC Pilates is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or shipping carriers.
